About Us

The North American TaKeTiNa Association’s mission is to support and promote the practice of TaKeTiNa in North America.

We are a collegial support network — comprised of North American TaKeTiNa Teachers — and a guiding board of directors — currently comprised of six members: David Chiller, Linda Grove, Brian Hoover, Shasta Martinuk, Colleen Caffrey, and Greg Burrows.

We promote and host regular TaKeTiNa workshops, seminars, and continuing education events. We also create and maintain partnerships between various professional organizations and the North American TaKeTiNa community.

Our event system provides a centralized listing of current TaKeTiNa workshops, offered by a diverse array of teachers in North America.

We maintain a list of all TaKeTiNa teachers in North America, certified by the TaKeTiNa Institute.
